Privacy and data requests
For a privacy or personal-data request, email privacy@makefx.app. Include enough information to identify the account and explain whether the request concerns access, correction, deletion, restriction, export, or another privacy matter. Do not send passwords, provider credentials, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
The Privacy Policy is the authoritative description of the information Make Effects handles, why it is used, retention, sharing, security, and available choices. privacy@makefx.app is scoped to privacy and data requests; it is not presented as a general technical-support, sales, billing, or partnership mailbox.
Technical self-service
Start at the MakeFX by Make Effects developer portal for the OpenAPI contract, API Catalog, OAuth and protected-resource metadata, hosted MCP endpoint and registry manifest, CLI package and documentation, API lifecycle policy, and agent-readable indexes. The complete documentation index covers setup, the product model, web workspace, CLI, MCP, models, and media workflows.
For changing contracts, use live discovery: the OpenAPI document owns REST schemas, tools/list owns MCP tools and input schemas, public model discovery owns current model parameters, and makefx --help owns CLI commands and flags.
Account, billing, and product actions
Sign in and use the profile and billing surface to update the profile name, manage provider keys, open available subscription controls, or permanently delete the account. Use the web workspace for Spaces, media review, Variant selection, organization, and collaboration. Those authenticated surfaces preserve the account context and permissions needed to perform actions safely.
The Terms of Service describe account responsibilities, content, connected providers, fees, termination, and service boundaries. No general support mailbox is published; privacy@makefx.app remains limited to privacy and data requests.
