Why shot length changes the total
MakeFX rounds each asset once and applies a minimum platform fee when it exceeds the percentage fee. A five-second H3 Max 768p attempt costs €0.23 during the promotion, versus €0.66 for fifteen seconds. Twelve five-second attempts therefore cost €2.76, while four fifteen-second attempts cost €2.64. Both generate one minute.
The own-key route charges €0.05 per started fifteen seconds per asset, plus your provider's bill. That is €0.60 in MakeFX fees for twelve five-second clips or €0.20 for four fifteen-second clips.
Other platforms and variants
ElevenLabs exposes H3 Max through its creative MCP tools. A five-second 768p estimate returned 2,424 credits during our inspection; the tool valued those credits at $0.39996. That is about €4.21 per generated minute by extrapolation, but the actual cash cost depends on your plan and credit usage. It is not evidence that the fal promotion applies there.
