Owners manage separate account balances; authorized editors/agents spend the space owner’s credits.

Content and sharing
You retain your content rights; makefx claims no generated-asset ownership. You permit necessary processing by us/providers for service, sharing, security and legal obligations.
Obtain input/use permissions, including images/voices. Review outputs and model terms: accuracy, uniqueness, copyright and commercial clearance are not guaranteed.
Public content is readable/exportable without editing/ownership rights. Revocation cannot recall copies; agents’ terms govern retained copies.
Acceptable use
Illegal, infringing, abusive or fraudulent content, unauthorized access and bypassing safety controls are prohibited.
We may restrict access for misuse, safety or law. Report problems through Contact.
Providers and your own keys

With an account provider key, the provider bills that account separately. Makefx charges a platform fee per generated asset: 2 credits per image, 2 credits per started audio minute, or 5 credits per started 15 seconds of video. Audio and video settle by measured output duration, never above the quoted hold. Each result in a batch is charged separately. The fee includes processing, storage, and platform access without an additional subscription or storage charge. Describe and alignment keep their separately published action prices. Failure releases our credits, not provider charges. Previously admitted requests settle under their recorded catalog terms.
Credits and charges
One credit is €0.01 and never expires. Top-ups: €20 / 2,000 credits or €100 / 10,000 credits, plus checkout tax. No subscription, free tier, trial or volume discount. Accounts start at zero; public spaces are free to read.
Catalog prices apply; output estimates are maximum charges. Credits are held, settled on success and released on failure; balances stay nonnegative. Uploads and frame extraction are free; Describe and alignment are paid.
Owners can authorize agent purchases.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw and receive reimbursement, extended where required information was missing. Checkout, credit delivery and use do not waive this right.
Request withdrawal through Contact, identifying the purchase; no sign-in/form required. A person reimburses the original payment method.
Except for statutory rights and operator error, credits are nonrefundable, nontransferable and not redeemable for cash. Asset deletion gives no refund.
Stripe hosts fiscal invoices; makefx confirmations are not invoices.

Diagnostics and optional research
Privacy covers Sentry, Simple Analytics and voluntary UserTold interviews. Recording requires separate permission.
Availability may change. Mandatory consumer remedies and liability remain unaffected.
We announce material changes and seek required consent.
